What does the Sustainability feature in MasterSpec do?

The sustainability feature in MasterSpec is an innovative cloud-based resource allowing clients access to various "green" building rating systems, codes, and standards.

There are two ways to access the sustainability tool:

Double click on the green hyperlink text within the sections

Or, on the MasterWorks ribbon, select Sustainability Builder in the Resources panel

Once the Sustainability tool is launched, there are five different standards from which you can select from: LEED 2009, LEED v4, IgCC, ASHRAE, and Green Globes.

You can make selections from a grid or column. Use the column feature if you want to use the same sustainable standard for the entire section. Use the grid feature if you want different sustainability standards for different paragraphs. When you have selected your preferences, click "Update Section" and the appropriate sustainability information will be added.
